onset delay of Tobii recordings

This is a tip for making eye movement study with Tobii E-prime extension.

I found that there are about 200msec delay between start eye tracking operation and actual
recording start. Thus, we should have something between start-eye-tracking and stimulus presentation onset.

In E-prime, "WAIT" object is of use for a filler.
